I am a 4th generation Native Nevadan, raising my family in the Biggest Little City, Reno Nevada! Married to my best friend and love of my life, we have two young boys and we love living here! I work part time for my family’s new restaurant (opened in July 2020) along with running my own health & wellness business for the last 9 years! I love to cook, read, dance, and listen to music. The last few years have been very difficult, lots of personal loss on top of the pandemic world gone crazy. I’m navigating the grief process and learning a lot about myself.
